User survey

A sample survey that biobanks can use to find out how satisfied their users are with their services has been developed by the German Biobank Alliance (GBA).

     

    Each certified biobank is required to conduct a user survey according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. The German Biobank Alliance has developed a questionnaire that is available to the biobank community. A sample questionnaire for biobanks is available via this link.
