Unter dem Motto „Biobanking for our Future – Opportunities unlocked“ findet die Europe Biobank Week in diesem Jahr vom 8. bis 10. November virtuell statt. Sie wird vom europäischen Biobanken-Netzwerk BBMRI-ERIC und der European, Middle Eastern and African Society for Biopreservation and Biobanking (ESBB) gemeinsam veranstaltet. Jens Habermann, früherer Leiter des Interdisziplinären Centrums für Biobanking-Lübeck (ICB-L) und GBA-Partner, ist seit 2020 Generaldirektor von BBMRI-ERIC.
